While everything around me renew
They continue to tempt me at every venue
The clothes, the food, the colours
Make my mind boggle
To Spend and add another object
And expand my already burgeoning closet
Let me say my peace
It may make many displeased
A thing that seems so novel
Would become transient and temporal
But Poetry which is the real deal
Especially when written with heart, soul and feel
Poetry brings out the element,
excellence and the essence of life
Those who love poetry will visualise, survive and thrive
This time you really salute poetry with deep respect and admiration .
As you said, don’t stuff your closet with things that appear to be novel. They are infact transient and temporal.
