In times of trouble
Don’t let your anger or fear bubble
Keep your wits around you
Let not your anxiety stew
It’s not the money that you amass
Nor the beauty that you possess
But when beset with stress
It’s the ability to decompress
That’s the mark of maturity
Only you will find in you, an inner security
For the true winner can keep his calm
And nothing can cause him alarm
Instead he looks for hints of light
That would make his choices bright
He tackles smoothly any calamity
And alleviate even overcome his adversity
But the true winner has one more trait
He never fail to smile through it
His coolness makes others wonder
Does he ever ever flounder?

That is a very beautiful poem indeed composed spontaneously from the bottom of your heart , in a way describing yourself and the experience and maturity you have acquired and gained thro the years , never succumbing to storms and challenges you face in life.
And as you surmounted the challenges you faced , onward moving forward to another beautiful day ahead with confidence and poise for there is nothing to fear except fear itself. That is the mark of a true blue warrior, yet benevolent and kind , signifying THE TRUE SKILL OF A WINNER.
Of course, as an imperfect human , one can still flounder but it is how fast that person picks himself/herself up, that matters and move on with renewed vigour and determination relentlessly and this differentiate himself/herself from the mediocre, to achieve victory and success as the person’s final goal by putting on his/her best effort.

And to top it all, you always wear a smile on your face, no matter how challenging the situation it. That is the trait of a true winner.
For you are aware that laughter is the best medicine, because a merry heart is indeed good natural medicine , conversely a bitter heart will cause oestroporesis.
